Riley Owen Is Going on Tour
I can’t wait to meet with Utahns throughout CD1. That’s why I’m announcing the launch of the Hard Questions Tour, a district-wide series of town visits giving residents throughout CD1 the chance to ask any questions they feel their representative should provide a straight answer to.
Each week I’ll be visiting a new town in the district, hosting residents in an open community space. Voters of all political persuasions are welcome and I’m ready to listen as much as I am to answer.
Too many politicians only show up when it’s convenient, with cameras rolling and a carefully scripted statement ready to deliver. I’m running to truly represent the people of this District, which requires talking to them and understanding their fears and concerns - not talking at them from afar. The Hard Questions Tour gives residents of every town in the district an opportunity to get straight answers - no scripts, no spin, no hiding.
I strongly believe in accountability and action over rhetoric and am building my candidacy on the promise of showing up and delivering real results on the issues affecting every Utahn, including affordable housing, paid maternity leave, keeping kids safe online, and saving the Great Salt Lake.
You’re welcome to attend at any of the following locations at the given time. RSVP to an event near you. Be sure to invite any of your friends and neighbors to join you at the Hard Questions Tour stop near you. You can download social assets to share here.
Can’t wait to meet each of you!
